Our weekly afterschool yoga program offers kids a calming space to unwind through yoga and mindful meditation, helping them recharge after a busy day. Through movement, breathwork, and relaxation techniques, children learn healthy ways to manage stress and anxiety—building lifelong tools for emotional balance and well-being.

Celebrate your child’s special day with a fun and memorable yoga birthday party! Featuring playful yoga, games, and mindfulness activities, it’s a joyful way to move, laugh, and relax together.

Join us for a fun-filled week of summer camp, where we will enjoy daily yoga, mindful meditation, outdoor play, and creative adventures including beach exploration, arts and crafts, and hula hoop lessons. This joyful, movement-based camp encourages self-expression, mindfulness, and connection with nature in a playful and nurturing environment.

Special events include community gatherings or evening programs at schools, offering fun, interactive yoga experiences. Activities may include stretching, breathing, and mindful movement, giving children a chance to explore yoga in a playful and inclusive setting.
